📐 About the role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (SDE-I) with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who can build, ship, and scale features across the frontend and backend. You’ll work with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to develop reliable, production-ready applications that power our AI products and internal platforms. Working closely with founders, product, and AI teams, you’ll take ownership of features end-to-end, solve real engineering challenges, and contribute to technical decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up, learning quickly, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

🦸🏻‍♀️ What you’ll do

• Build and ship production-ready frontend interfaces and backend systems for AI-powered products.
• Develop responsive web applications, dashboards, APIs, workflows, and internal platforms using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, authentication systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Work on AI integrations, automation pipelines, and intelligent application workflows.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from understanding requirements and designing solutions to deployment, debugging, and maintenance.
• Experiment with modern developer tools and AI-assisted coding workflows to improve development speed and quality.

⭐️ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on full stack development experience, with a strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong frontend development skills with React.js and Next.js.
• Practical backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB is mandatory.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, database design, state management, and backend architecture.
• Experience with Git, application deployments, debugging, and modern development workflows.
• Ability to independently build, test, and ship production-ready features.
• Strong problem-solving skills, engineering fundamentals, and attention to application performance.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• A strong ownership mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
